Partners

Larry Ardito CPA, ABV

Mr. Ardito's is the firms president. His practical concentration includes business and tax planning, business valuations, succession planning and personal financial planning. In addition, he has testified before various jurisdictions as to the value of small business companies involved with domestic disputes and business valuation situations. Mr. Ardito has practiced before the Massachusetts Department of revenue Estate Tax Bureau as well as advocate for his clients in business valuation matters.Mr. Ardito holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Lowell Technical Institute and earned his Massachusetts Certified Public Accounting Certificate (certificate #9342). He holds a Certificate of Achievement in a Business Valuation.In XXXX Mr. Ardito was named Accountant Advocate of the Year for the Commonwealth of Masschusetts by US Small Business Administration

Roberta McCollum CPA, MBA, MST

Is currently the first Senior Vice-President. Since joining the firm in 1984, she has been involved with all aspects of business and tax planning for closely held companies. Ms. McCollum has extensive experience with companies in the manufacturing, retail and recycling industries. In addition, she has been instrumental in completing numerous merger and acquisition engagements.

Ms. McCollum holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College. She has earned her Massachusetts Certified Public Accounting Certificate (certificate #15934), and also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Merrimack College.

George Toscano, Jr. CPA, MST

Is currently the firms treasurer. Mr. Toscano's practical concentration includes business and tax planning, succession planning and personal financial planning.

Mr. Toscano holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and earned his Massachusetts Certified Public Accounting Certificate (certificate #8535). He also holds a Certified Public Accounting Certificate in the State of New Hampshire (certificate #2041). Mr. Toscano attained a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Bentley College in 1996 and completed an extensive one semester course in International Taxation at Bentley College in December, 1997.
